Thrustmaster T150 wheel FFB settings?

I just brought the T150 and its the first time since GT3 that I've actually used a wheel and i would like to know for the experts who have the T150 what are the FFB torque and sensitivity settings they think are the best?.Some suggestions would be highly appreciated.
 
Since the patch I have turned torque down to 4 ( wheel feels less notchy, if you know what I mean?)and have sensitivity at 7.
I am by no means an expert, these are just my personal preferences.
