After 2 months and 2 defective T80 units I am returning the most recent defective unit to Amazon (for a full refund) and putting that money towards the Thrustmaster T150. I know, I know, I should have purchased the T150 or a better unit to begin with, but it was my first wheel.
I’m looking for this groups opinions on the wheel settings, in regards to sensativity, force feedback and the other one. (Can’t think of the name of it). I know I will have to tweak it to my liking, but looking for some starting points.
Also, any idea on if I should update the firmware when I receive it tomorrow? Should it come loaded with the most up to date firmware? Can’t hurt to check I suppose, is it just as simple as plugging in the usb to my laptop while on the site?
Sorry for all of the questions ladies and gentlemen.Any feedback you can supply would be greatlyappreciated.

For use on ps4? Its a good wheel for the price. I found it to be very notchy on high ffb also doesn't have much speed returning to the center for dirt rally ect. (Just my experience) felt great on assetto corsa though. If you can stretch to a t300 you wont regret it.

Yes, on the PS4. I thought about the T300, just can’t justify the price tag though. The T150 fits the bill however, and I’ve been fiddling around with the settings. So far so good. I like it much better than what I had. Thanks for the input!

Another thing to consider is you can’t swap rims on the T150. I have one and I’m currently using it for GT Sport, but will be switching back to my accuforce very soon. Can’t comment on the t300 but I’m sure it’s a good bit better and prices seem to be down on them.

Keep us updated with the performances of that wheel. I'm thinking about it also for a temporary wheel (till it brakes and I get a Fanatec :p )

I can't recommend the t300.
I had 3 t300. Yes, 3. 1 broke in 5 days and the 2 replacements were broken out of use box, and I'm not the only one with multiple replacements.
I got fed up and got the money back.
So if you want to repeat your t80 experience...

And t300 + " better " pedals ( basic t300 pedals are really bad ), is more or less the same price as a Fanatec csl for ps4.

So far no issues with the T150. I’m enjoying it and for the price, couldn’t go wrong. At some point I will upgrade to a better one, but honestly, I think this one works for now. I’m a casual gamer, spending a couple hours a night racing. I may upgrade the pedals though....

I upgraded to the t3pa-pro pedals and it was nice upgrade from the stock t150 pedals. Add a load cell mod if you can and it's really nice.
