Hi, currently running a T300 RS GT with a real car steering wheel on a hub adapter (an OMP "rally" wheel on an aluminum adapter you can get on Amazon). The setup works generally well and the real wheel definitely enhances realism and control. My only snag is that the wheel will randomly pause/restart/change camera during stages on both Dirt Rally 2.0 and WRC Generations.
I have read a few posts on this topic, like https://www.gtplanet.net/forum/threads/thrustmaster-t300rs-random-button-presses-issue.364206/page-4
BUT... I have not found a solution.
This usually happens when the wheel is under some countersteering force. I assume it has something to do with the fact that there is no connection to the usual wheel buttons on the TM wheel hub. I tried changing many different binding settings and FFB/vibration settings both in the TM software and in the games. I was able to minimize the problem by running FFB below 100% and increasing damping, but it still happens from time to time. Any help would be much appreciated!!!
