Thrustmaster T300RS accelerator suddenly not working

Hi, the accelerator on the TM300RS has just suddenly stopped working. It's the 2 pedal set, not sure of number, it came as a set.
The brake and the wheel work.

I have tried wiggling and reconnecting cables but doesn't help.

Does anyone have any ideas what might be wrong and how to fix it?

Make sure that your pedal position is set in NORMAL mode (and not in INVERTED mode).
