I just bought myself a thrustmaster t300rs GT edition for Christmas it's my first ever FFB wheel and I think it is broke. I knew I would be slower because I have been on a controller all my life and knew it would take time to get used to it and back up to speed. The problem is the wheel feels literally all over the place and I can't actually drive without it ripping out my hand and aggressively self steering when it really shouldn't. And my force feedback settings are fine because I have been looking up everyone else's settings and it's literally unplayable with their setting I have to turn the force feedback down to like 5% in most games like assetto corsa, GT sport and project cars 2 also I installed the new firmware, calibrated it, restarted it multiple times done everything I could think of. It feels really clunky and notchy. The thing is I have never used a force feedback wheel before so I don't know what it should be like and what it feels like if it is broken. I am pretty sure it is because it is literally nothing like what all the reviews and videos say. And I am not a bad driver, was a really good controller player and could hold my own against wheel users. Also the wheel sometimes makes pretty weird noises but nothing major to definitely say it is broke. Plus I heard the t300 is unreliable so it wouldn't surprise me. So what do you guys think can you give me any advice being a first time wheel user? Thanks
