Thrustmaster T500 on PS4 (other games)

Hi,

I am doing a hobby build and I will adapt the T500 to other games as well, not just racing.
I was wondering, can anyone test if the T500 works on PS4 with other games as well or is it just racing games/car games? I am talking like fighting games, plattformers (2D) et.c.
I do not own the T500, it is my friends and he does not have a PS4, thus the questions.
My build will be a modular type of solution that will work on anything.
