I just got my wheel, and did the update. Then I connected the wheel to the PS3 to try it out. It was heavy and I did't think it turned the full 1080 degrees I wanted. So I decided to go on my laptop to checkout the setting. I know the rotation angle can be changed by using the button's/options on the wheel itself, but I figured I'd see whats in there. When I went into the settings on my laptop with the wheel connected to it, and changed my rotation angle; since I was there already; and lowered the 4-5 slides that affects the steering wight.

The issue is, I can't click on the [Apply] button on the bottom. only the [Ok] or [Cancel] button's. When I clicked [Ok], and plugged the USB back to the PS3 everything went back to default again.

Do I have to register the product on the Thrustmaster website ? ... or what ? ... I want the 1080ْ and lower the weight all the way down. Please help.

The settings you can adjust on your PC are only for PC games, when you play console games they're adjusted "in game only."

You can use the "wheel commands" to adjust rotation, but GT6 does not support 1080 rotation.

You can adjust or disable FFB in the options menu.

In GT6 you can adjust the rotation angle, but - sadly- you will have to adjust that each time you start a new race.

Off topic but How much did you get that T500RS wheel (along with racing seat and wheel placement if you have)? just asking.

Wheel costs about 600 american dollars. And about the same for the my racing rig (full chassis, seat), but I got the rig when the game first came out.
