Hi guys, i wanna ask all T500rs owners that use to have or still have DFGT, or G27, if it really worth pay +500US$.
See, i own a DFGT, and i'm having some serious problems with pedals. I don't want to buy another DFGT, or go for a G27 just for the pedals.
But i'm interested to know if the t500rs makes feel that wheels like toys. And the most important, if u guys became a little bit quicker,slower, or just the same.

I have a G27 and I love it!! T500 RS sounds pretty good though..

The difference between the DFGT and the G27 is much more than just the pedals.... The steering feel is night and day.

I cant comment on the T500RS.

I own a DFP, G27, and T500 and have used a DFGT at my brother's house. If you can afford to spend the $500 on a hobby then yes it is absolutely worth the $500. It is an amazing wheel with above average but not great pedals IMO.

Even though I recommend the T500, the G27 is still a really good wheel and definitely an improvement over the DFGT which I think is an awesome introductory wheel

That is exactly what the T500 does, make the G27 feel like a toy. I have a hard time going back to the size and feel of the G27 rim after using the T500. It feels so small and FFB feels strange compared to the T500. I actually find NIXIM modded G27 pedals to be better than the T500 set, but the T500's pedals are more than adequate.


I became faster when I went from the DFP to the G27. The better brake control really helped me. From G27 to T500 the improvement was much smaller if at all. It was the experience. The T500 is in a whole different league compared to the other two and that what you should go into it expecting. Any speed difference is an added bonus.
