Thrustmaster TH8A not working

Hello guys , i'm new to this forum . As the title says , my problem is that the shifter doesn't work with GT Sport , it is connected to the PS4 via usb cable and the firmware is the lates one (v27.00) . Im currently using a Fanatec CSL Elite as steering wheel .
 
* On PC: you can use the TH8A Shifter with all steering Wheels.
* On PS4 or XboxOne: you can use it only with Thrustmaster steering wheels.
 
Strangely ia was able to use via usb even with my old T300 , i guess i'll have to buy a Fanatec Shifter then . Thanks WildRun :-)

I have the t500rs and my shifter also does not work.
