Ticket 1000 in offline?

Just wondering if while this psn outage thing is going on if we still recieve 1000 tickets?

I've gotten 2 already (1 at 100 wins and another at 200 wins) and I've just passed 300 and am up to about 310 now and no ticket. Just wondering if its due to outage?

No, the PSN outage has nothing to do with it.

The possible reasons you haven't received your ticket:

-some Bspec wins are part of your 310 wins (Bspec doesn't count)
-not enough mileage covered since your last earned ticket
 
Do you need a specific update to get the ticket, as I don't have any of the updates downloaded.
 
i got my second one today. so no worries man yo uwill still get them

ive got loads of wins too and only 2 tickets. stuff like this always happens to me though so im used to it :P

No. I have the original, non-updated GT5 and I have been awarded several 1000 tickets.
