Ticket Colors

I know the color of the ticket has to do with where you got the car.

Green - Generic Prize Car
Blue - Random Prize Car for completing each Hall
White - Gift Car
Burgandy - Random Car Ticket

I can't think of the others. Any help?

And you can tell if the prize car you get is a standard or a premium from the music that's played.
