Ticket using problem.....

Ok, so I've gotten several lvl 24 tickets from people and tried to make as efficient use of them as possible (duping) but then once I do that I can't use the ticket. I thought it was because of the duping but I got another one today and didn't do anything with it except try to receive it and use it ( I did save the game but never used the ticket, in other words, I did't get an FGT I didn't like and then exit and try again. And it won't let me receive it....

What am I missing here?
 
Even any ideas would be helpful...maybe they need to be received with other items.??
 
That seems to be the problem....it won't accept just a ticket, but if you send multiple items and hit receive all it finally took it.
