Great job! Mind sharing your setup now that's it's over? Your car seems to have a ton of grip, especially in the lower gear and puts the power down very well. Pretty shocking compared to the setup I have right now. Great driving too btw, well earned.
I would like to see a seasonal TT with a non-tuneable car like the GT Academy and make it solely a driver's battle. Suspension tuning is such a dark art in this game, and it's doubly worse for a guy like me who has a ton of "real life" tuning experience, because in the majority of cases, the real life tuning adjustment will not have the desired effect in GT5. It's like starting all over with tuning in this game. For this reason I tend to struggle to get to the top in these kinds of events. I did the event for about 90 minutes last night and got to a 1'46, good enough for around 50th place. That was a pretty awesome lap, maybe left .5-.7 in driving, but the rest is setup. I really struggled to get the car to put the power down. And will still pushy steady state and bit too lose in transition. I give you guys a lot of credit that have become great GT5 tuners.
