Time penalties

Does somebody know the exact rules for the penalties?
Sometimes you expect to get some but you don't (which I kind of enjoy) but it also goes on the other way.

Seriously, I'm getting pissed... I hate that the cars can go through you. And I'm not even talking about when a car hits you and gives you the penalty :grumpy:
 
yea they are pretty simple, THERE ARE NONE :mad: hopefully they will fix this before the US release.

it's making A-8 a real pain, like level 2 on Back to the Future for NES, unbeatable. in fact if you can use a game genie i still don't think it can be beaten. i'll get it eventuly though, persistence, with that you can accomplish anything, except beat back to the future :banghead:
 
Really? Damn... I almost smashed my pad on the floor the other day because of those (last time I did was for Driver 2). Usually if I get penalties I don't even try to continue, the other cars are already quite far away. I just start again the race.

yea i meant there are no rules for the penalties, just random :irked: i launch one controller against the wall trying to get those combos on one of the mortal combat games for ps2. I've always said it's the simple games that you can't beat that make people go phsyco, not games like GTA
