I ended up 7777th in the RX-7 time trial... but I'm not here to talk about that.

This will be a hard one to crack. A very fast car on a rather short track means a tiny margin for error, so anything less than full attack and full concentration won't be good enough. I'm eyeing off the gold time like the last Pringle at the bottom of the tube - I can see it, but I'm not sure if I can get it. The small V8 does sound very good though.

I just don't have the reflexes for this. These hyper cars on a G29 are next to impossible to find any accuracy while cornering. The dead space in the wheel when its neutral is killing me.

As for the combo, I can appreciate the fineness that goes into throttle control but damn, it's far too quick for me.

That's not to shaby at all!

I had a more serious look at it this morning..... i'm out for this one and not going to even set a time.
besides that it is just to fast for me i'm not getting nowhere the same rotation as i see with the fast guys, T3 is pure undoable and don't even get me started with the rest.. the corckscrew and next downhill left hander is just not working on the pad,
i'm quite feeling most of the combo's but this one just sucks 😂

Bunch of idiots that though it would be a nice idea to give it 2000+ HP , and another bunch of idiots that though it would be a good idea to have the challenge at Seca,
would have been better with a 1000 less

So, that's out of my system! 😂😂 , and looking forward to the Honda challenge 😂😂

Alright, I had to see what all the fuss was about with the new one. 😄 Have to say I don‘t find it quite as ridiculous as some of you guys, but then again apparently being on a wheel alone seems to go a long way towards solving the puzzle.

I will say though that it was a tough nut to crack and it‘s been a while since it took me this long to even gold a challenge (which I appreciate tbh), and I am still not in the clear at 1:06.158.

It started out easy enough, I worked my way up to 3.02 % and an optimal in the gold range with the first 5 to 10 laps, but as I began to more closely mimic what the WR ghost did I hit a brick wall. Sooo many attempts where I either understeered off the track at corner exit or bounced off a sausage curb on entry.

Happy it‘s done for now. I will come back and try and get into 1:05 at least to be safe, which should be possible.

TCS 2 on this one for me, and CSA strong as usual.

Good luck folks!

PS @Gomario JSP seriously mate? The one time I have a realistic chance of coming out on top, you just chicken out? 😜

Bye bye 😂 😂

Yes, I regret starting it a little, but I'll try to do everything I can to get the gold.

🤣🤣
Once you're in, there's no way out 😅

I'm having a hard time here, too. Switched to wheel and it's noticably easier to feel the grip and rotate better. On pad, it seems to understeer with full input and getting the amount right for optimal rotation feels very difficult. But it is starting to click and although pretty draining and infuriatingly frustrating, a bit rewarding. It's like chasing the red dragon and feels like I'm almost there but still an eternity away from gold.

The vette feels like the Audi, it's very, very hard to tell when it will bite and when it will just wander off in a fit of understeer. Absolutely joyless, both of them. I don't mind difficult and happy to settle for silver if it's gonna take me hrs to gold something but the whacky handling is frustrating.

This small improvement got me back into the silver bracket but I feel like the gold is a bridge too far. I might have another go before it expires but it’s probably a fruitless exercise so maybe not. Back to Mario Kart it is.

Finally into the top 1000 ranked times of Dragon Trail TT.

Today I again set my new PB of 1:44:137(two hundredths faster than my last PB of 1:44:325) on the 2nd lap of my TT play. Today instead of starting my gameplay with this TT, I played two races from the weekly challenge races which already got me in the groove.

Am still enjoying this TT. Drove 30 laps today and enjoyed every lap even if it was invalidated.

There are 2 tips for both Audis if you want them?

For daily A just listen for the diff doing its thing, too early or aggressive on the power it will claw the front wheels.

For the TT Audi a couple of exit short shifts and letting it coast/balance the chassis and it’s all good.

Don’t try to overdrive or force either of them, less is more. A lift off and wait is better than forcing it. Same goes for the vette, it’s carrying way more speed than you realise, be patient.

Getting in the NSX is such a delight compared to that American monster 🤣
It has such in insane amount of downforce in the fast corners but it very drivable!
If have some trouble with bankybooyy though, but very demanding but rewarding and fun combo, great choise! ( means a lot from a roadcar dude ) 🤣🤣

Descent start, took me a while to get into the 40's but eventually did with a 40.980 with a splits on the backstraight of 34.719 then out of nowhere had a 34.4 split ending in a 1:40.6, little holding back in the last sector cause I blew enough laps before 🤣🤣

I went and tackled the Honda EMS challenge TT and managed to accomplish this SIlver time with the NSX Gr.2 and it is very quick around Magiorre, I dont get why we don't get a daily race like this with these cars??? Maybe I may have to make a custom lobby?

Well, I did the 3 TTs.
The one with the R8, I won’t even mention — it’s really easy, nothing to report.

But the other two… ouch. All the aliens are out for those. The one in the 2000hp Corvette is obviously extremely tough. And the one in the Honda isn’t simple either — personally, I really struggle with these high-aero cars; I never know when it’s going to stick or when it’s going to spin…

My all new HF8 Pro helps me a lot though, especially at Laguna. It lets me feel when the rear wheels are spinning (they even struggle in 4th gear), and it helps me modulate the throttle out of the last corner onto the straight. I gain 2–3 tenths just there.

The Honda tt :
