Time Trial suzuki gsx-r 4 concept '01

I think that is the car that everyone is using in the TT events.
I saw one in the UCD about 3 months ago, didn't have the funds to get it.
Since I haven't seen it since I would like to trade for one.
I have a level ticket from the new seasonal and could buy a car from the OCD.

EDIT: I don't care if it has switches or has miles, I just want the car to use in the time trial. Stock would be preferred though.
