I also just ran in circles. Major hint is make sure all 3 darts hit the cow. Dont miss because then you have to reload!!
Those were some of my favorite missions. Hearing all those screaming and mooing cows running around hitting you. So many games came out recently that I have neglected to play this. I will eventually get back to it though. Very fun game. 👍

I'm exactly the same, except I haven't played so much. This game is pushing GT4 and Rome total War to the side, for now.
