tinted windows on gt4 in a race??????

hi guys, i dont no whether anyone has noticed this yet but some cars seem to have tinted windows. i cant find any previous threads and i dont no what is goin on. i bought a rx7 fc and when i changed the oil and wheels my windows on the car were normal, but when i set up and entered a race my windows were blue. the same happened to my bro but his were green and the windows on the hks silvia were red. can some one let me no why please???????????
 
I think this is for the same reason you never get top down during multicar races too.
The window tint is simply a "cheat" from PD, simply to allow for less memory use during races.
 
sorry but what is pd cheats i do not understand and i noticed it again with a 200sx s14 ill try to upload som pics for ya
 
First, lets try to post with proper grammar, alright? I cannot read a single word in that post without straining my eyes. Second, there are no "cheats" from PD in GT4. Third, it may just be your TV.

I think what Team666 is trying to say is that, by using window tinting on the car models, the windows have lesser reflections on the surroundings thus allowing less consumption in term of graphics-power. All in all, the 'cheat' means to save more graphics-processing power.

Hopefully I'm right :)

And they don't have to render the interior and driver of the car. In GTHD, which has much more power to work with, the windows aren't tinted (so you can easily the mentioned things).
