IF you really want to get into the game, to start out, buy yourself a Logitech Driving Force Pro. the wheel was made specifically for GT5. I have had mine for a little over a year and it still works fine and I have had no issues.
If you don't have anything to mount it on, get a stand or make one your self!
If you just want a stand that is professionaly made, check out Wheel Stand Pro. I have this too, its fully adjustable, and very versatile, and doesn't take up a lot of space like a Playseat or something like that would do.
These are my suggestions to make your Gt expireince much more fun, enjoyable, and realistic.
You should be able to pick up the wheel for around 100 bucks and the stand for 150 bucks.
