I need help working out a setup for the car at super speedways and road courses. I need the setup for a league i'm in, so the it has to be within regulations (all suspension settings have to be halfway or higher). My main goal would to just get the car to handle well without sacrificing too much speed. Help would be greatly appreciated!

Check out @Motor City Hami's Garage. He has posted a tune for one recently and has published his tuning notes along with it. These may be of some help to you.
