Hey Guys,

How many laps can you go with the Super Soft tires? I am burning them up on my C5R and Tuscan Speed 6 in about 4-5 laps. Usually the rears go 'red' first, however on some tracks the fronts go 'red' first. Tokyo and Laguna are the worst track for me. I have tried going to Med Soft, but they seem to run off pretty quick also. Should I be pitting on a 10-15 lap race? The AI cars don't.

Hey Steven, welcome to GTP. If you use the search facility, you'll find plenty discussions on tyre life.

I would run sperhard tyres on a 10 lapper, and not pit, and medium tyres on a 15, and pit around lap 8/9.
