Tire pressure display at start of race.PC

Since the last two updates I get a tire pressure app on my screen at the start of a practice round and at the end of a race. It shuts off when I hit the track, but there seems to be no way to change anything or make it disappear as it is not one of the apps on the right side of the screen. Is this normal?

Is it the pit strategy box that pops up on the right side of the screen when you're in the pits and disappears as soon as you leave the pits? If so, that's normal and you use it to determine your pit strategy (how much fuel to take, adjustments to tires, etc.). When on track you can hit your d-pad to pull it up and make your selection before you get to the pits, so when you enter the pits your crew is ready to make the requested changes.
