I am just now starting to learn how to do my own tunes and must say it is fun. Lately I been doing 1/4 mile drags online for fun but stumbled across a problem. I am doing pretty good with AWD but FR is giving me fits when it comes to acceleration, I get lots of tire spin no matter what I do. Any help is greatly appreciated...thanks.
 
pretty much with FR you need to get as much weight transfer as possible.

ok my current car I am working on it the Dodge Challenger srt8 and I love it other than that spin, any ideas as to were to start on this car? it is max tuned.
 
im pretty much a tuning noob for gt5, but my dad used to drag race. soften up the rear end and set the ride height for a raked stance. pretty much basic drag race setup
 
Wheelspin is usually your friend. At least with a FR car.
 
ditto with dr slump, also raise the rear, soften the springs, lengthen first

Please help me lol....I need help making wheelspin my friend because by the time I actually launch it is impossible to catch my competition. I am a total noob that has learned a few things but obviously need to learn a whole lot more and unlike alot people I actually want to be able to do this myself.
 
Take a look at my tunes (look in sig). Test them and see what settings change what in the setup. Then if you have any more questions just post them :)
