It's in the official release notes. I don't think they would lie hoping no one would test it out.

How is the marketplace now healthy? That is hardly a fix as you cannot trade some of the most desirable cars. A better fix would be to not allow accounts on the same ps3 to trade cars.

I am one of the small minority that will be benefitting from this.

Now, when I want to sell my 180SX or when I want to buy an Impreza, I can do so without having to browse through thousands of threads selling rainbow X1s.
