Stop trying to recruit people to one of those internet games in a secretive or semi secretive manner. If you want people to join, put it in your sig or make a request, perhaps we can create a dedicated thread, but dishonest links are inappropriate. I just removed Someone123456's thread in the PC Gaming forum. At least be upfront if its outwar or whatever.
 
I was originally the Online Racing mod, but got promoted up when Jordan decided to make more of us super mods. Now I'm just one of many. I'll do something if asked, but usually others handle matters.

I agree.

I have actually started holding my mouse over any links to see where they're going before I click them. Which I suppose is just common sense really.
 
I've had one in my sig for ages, but I've always said exactly what it was. I'll remove it though, so I'm not setting any sort of example.

I personally don't have a problem with that, it's just the people that try to conceal what they're doing that annoy me.
