The demo has not long come out for these games.

I downloaded them, installed them and everything is nice, running at 160fps,or 90 with all AA and AF my graphics card can muster. BUT!!! the game is in fast forward!! its insane, 20kph feels like 1000kph and turning is so fast its impossible. Why is this game in fast forward?

You sure the game is running correctly? If i remember correctly, everything seemed normal, but maybe i didnt notice. I too had everything on high settings.
 
Yep, worked fine for me too, have a mess with your settings see if it changes anything.
