I just can't figure out this race track. I need a 650pp car and can only use racing hard tires. The race I'm in I can get to 2nd place no problem but I can not get even close to the cars they use for first place. My best time with a car that fits the prerequisites 1:39.106

It might help if you gave more information such as the race and the car you are currently using.
