Toms Chaser.. need it bad, can anybody help me out?

I have rotated the used car dealer for days... And I can't get the Toms Chaser to show up .

Lists of cars in GT5 online shows its in the game, but I cant find it for some reason

I have a ton of extra cars I can trade for it.

Anything you want

Please help! Lol.

Mileage/color doesn't matter just need the car.

I don't know if I sent my friend request from the SummitBalt08 or Silver97ES.. either way though I will send it to my Summit account. I'm trying to get rid of my Silver97 account lol
