Are you sure it was the same track layout cos there is more than one variation of Suzuka, the GT2 cars should be a hell of alot quicker than JGTC, your talking less weight in a GT2 and 120-140 more Bhp. I've seen better lap times than the Oliver Beretta Viper GT2 at Suzuka anyway, too many sites say different things, I'll have a look around and see if theres another track both classes use.

Suzuka can make 4 different circuits, but the other 3 are all much shorter. There is only 1 variation of the full track.

According to Chrysler's media page, Karl Wendlinger has done 2'05.953

The JGTC laptimes were taken from www.jgtc.net so they are accurate
 
Who is faster : JGTC - FIA-GT - DTM ?

Well, it's an interesting question. FIA-GT have much power but their suspension is based on the road model ...

I remember that last year on the Zolder circuit (Belgium) the DTM cars were 3 seconds faster than a Viper (same layout and weather) thanks to their better cornering skills : they just stick to the road !

However, two years ago, Nissan said they would come to the 24 hours of Spa-Francorchamps with their Skyline(s). We never saw them because they didn't have a chance of winning !

NB : the Lister Storm is way too heavy in the game. IRL, it's like a Viper with more power and ugly handling.
