Top Gear DVD for the US?

So how can I watch Top Gear episodes here in the states? I love this TV show and have actually learned tons on cars in general from watching. There are no Dvds that I can find that are the correct NTSC format.

So is the only way I can watch this awsome series is by buying a PAL dvd player and adapter system then buying those PAL Dvds?

How do you guys in the states watch this TV show?

I have seen quite a lot of episodes through the internet. Specifically through Google videos, but now all of the episodes have been taken down. I am aware that I can download them illegally, but I don't believe in piracy.

Last thing. This spring, after all four feet of snow melts, we are getting Direct TV and ditching the crap quality cable system. Is it possible that I could get the all of the BBC channels direct from the british feed? Meaning I wouldnt have the crappy Americanized BBC channel that shows only Antiques Roadshow and other daytime old lady shows?

You could get the PAL DVD's and watch them on your PC.

I don't know if your TV can display a PAL DVD, though I should think that most modern TV's should do no problem, then it's just be a case of buying a DVD player that can play our DVD's.

you can easily get a region free dvd player anywhere. buy a PAL dvd on ebay or where ever and there ya go

I guess I could just watch them on my computer. About the region free dvd players. How much are they?

Your on the web, search , I only know what I'd pay for one over here but I shouldn't imagine they're much, I picked one up off Amazon for £30, which is about $45USD.
