I was reading a Top Gear magazine today and I came across an article. It stated that a newer version of GT5 will contain a Alfa Romeo and Ferrari challenges.

Any thoughts?

P.s. it was a New Zealand Top Gear I believe it was an August issue.

Hmm, I hope it is referring to special events, not just seasonals like we've been getting. This could be cool if it pans out.

Can you scan the article?

Australia and New Zealand only challenge :(

Australia and New Zealand only challenge :(

Nothing is ever Australia & New Zealand only. The markets are too small so at the moment, in Melbourne Australia, I'm part of Europe except for GT Academy.

If it were Australia and NZ only, there would be more sheep than people competing! :sly:

It was probably in the "Sniff Petrol" section, which consists of articles from Top Gear TV's script editor Richard Porter's satirical motoring blog of the same name.

Here's a link to the article that I'm thinking of.

So it's April Fool's 7 months early.:ouch: I wish OP could have picked up on that before posting.

This is why I never get my hopes up about anything to do with GT5 anymore...

In other words, it means absolutely nothing. The fact that the article speaks of this has if this news was allready widely known in Italy, yet nowhere else apparently, is a pretty good clue that this is just a farce. Oh well.
