top gear is a show for lazy unintelligent tories who look up to clarkson.
Clarkson is a despicable man, who makes a living from insulting minorities and those without a voice.
He described mexican people as lazy and flatulent, the welsh countryside as a place where speeding wasn't dangerous as there was nothing worth hitting and, this week, wishing execution on the public sector workforce.
He is a relic of the 1980s where this kind of xenophobia was common place. Unfortunately for clarkson, the world has moved on and his sacking is now imminent.
I sincerely hope the makers of gt5 use this latest atrocious outburst as the impetus to finally disassociate gran turismo from this bigot.
Most ironic of all is that the very people that clarkson despises (non-english, average salary workers) are the very people that, inexpicably, admire him.
It is a truly bizarre situation.
If you're still torn, remember that clarkson had the real stig (ben collins) sacked immediately and refused to acknowledge his place in top gear.....purely to deny him of any royalties or payment for his work.
When ben collins (the stig) wished to publish his book about his experiences on top gear, clarkson and the others prosecuted him over this, with fear he would pull the cord on what actually happens on the programme.
Makes for very unsavoury reading, but this is what clarkson is about.....himself and **** everyone else
