Top Gear test track

I don't know if this is something you have to win, or if it is an issue, but I don't have the Top Gear track in arcade or GT mode. I got a trophy after completing the Top Gear races under "special" but still do not have the track. My friend has it, but isn't as far in the game, nor completed the Top Gear challenges. What's going on with this?

You unlock it by getting a Gold in the VW Bus Race in Special Events.

I think you have to get a gold trophy in the VW van challenge.

You have to gold the top gear easy challenges to get it.

OK thanks I thought once you got the trophy "Top Gear Test Track" it was unlocked. Gonna go unlock it right now.

Tip... turn all assists off, even ABS 0. i did not brake the whole race

I did brake, but very rarely. All assists were off, and I now have the Top Gear track.
