Anyone know how to change the gear ratios to make each car at top speed? I was looking for a video on youtube but found nothing about changing the gear ratios for top speed or max speed.

If the setup allows for it, you need to lower (click left) the final drive value to lengthen the gears, and raise it to shorten them, which is the opposite to how they had them in the first game.

If the final drive can't be adjusted you could try the same for the individual gear ratios, but it's rare for those sliders to move and not the final drive.
