In the Escudo on the test track with a ton of tweaking I got just over 300 mph just driving by myself. I have found that I could get no faster from drafting because every other computer car was going so much slower (around 200 mph) that i would only be behind then in the draft for a split second, then i'd have to swerve very hard to avoid rear ending them. With the Escudo, buy every power adder you can, drop the suspension ALL the way, reduce down force as much as possible. Then drive a bit and change your oil, do this a few times and you should be well over 1800hp. Then test your machine and keep tweaking with the different gear ratios until you can break 300 mph. If anyone is interested, let me know, I'm sure I have the settings saved on my card, and I can give you the exact speed I reached, I believe it was either 304 or 305 mph. I did this probably about 2 years ago, seeing this thread reminded me of it.
