Cool :P Though I must admit the Supra suits a long circuit like this a little better, it's just one lap and the wheel people finally get a little break ... :D I'm sure Hugo doesn't mind ... ;)
 
Looks like you're back in business, GTP! Cool. Hope everyone's having a better time of it in the FTO than I am! This "car" really bites! :yuck:

With the FTO I still have a chance at one of my slowest tracks.
(yes I voted for this car :sly: )

Best T2 so far: 1'07.8xx
 
I dropped in another improved time this evening, though my T2 of 1:08.592 is not the fastest I've done (actually I've seen a 1:08.400 on my DS2 Auto Transmission setup), but I'm quite happy with my lap time on this one.

I'm quite sure that I could scrape off a couple of hundreths given time, but I'm all out.

Stuff going on in Real-Life needs attending to (Credit Card Fraud, Car Loans, Getting a new car, Going on holiday [from employed work] next week YAY!)

Edit: Time submitted, replay sent. Can't focus, and probably won't be able to for a few more days, so let the chips fall where they may. Had 2 hours of playing tonight, only to be interrupted by sour stomache. Improved a little, but not what I had invisioned.

T2's weren't what I wanted, and I could have finished better, but that's life. Good luck to all the racers, and mostly my teammate, the Great Max E.

Exact same as me 👍 1'08.1 was my best too but as usual the magnetic strip on the last S bend just pulled me into the wall :grumpy: Although I did hit my target I left a few tenths around the track.
Stringing the 3 sectors together on this track was like stringing 3 laps of a race :indiff:

:) high time I poked my head in here again...still a busy little forum I see! 👍
Anyway...race time and replay submitted...submitted save had a T2 of 1:07.993...left a bit behind but still enjoyed this race for a slow arsed FF around Grand Valley! Great series yet again Tosk...NIce job mate ;)

I decided to run this a couple of days ago and ended with a

24.492 / 1.07.771 / 1.31.247 seen a 1.07.5 T2 but couldn't hold the end section

first of all, i want to congratulate slowpoke and easy ed for thier victory in torc 12. as bad as i felt about you guys having to lose in the past in spite of your effort, there's nobody i would rather have seen on the podium than you two fine, distinguished (old :lol:) gentlemen. secondly, i want to congratulate my teammate for putting his best foot forward and kicking a wholw lot of a$$. i'm unsure of if he won the overall but i know it's close. in any case, you're the champ to me X 👍

as for my performance here it can best be summed up with this post i made earlier today on the board elsewhere:

@Max - Not to worry, bud. You did fine. Maybe not what you wanted, but how often do we get that? The chance to get out here and compete with these guys has been fun. I've had fun. If not for this, I may have walked out the door and got hit by a bus. You saved my life, man. :lol:

As for myself, this is what I get for submitting Thursday. The flu sucks. :crazy: My run has a T2 of 1:07.561 and T3 of 1:31.071... I guess I should have stuck around to match the car to the last sector. :Sigh: LOVE the track, hate the car.

And to the guys over at Slow and Easy Racing... such an concerted effort should be rewarded this way. You guys stuck with it 'til the very end, and anything less than your new title would be an injustice. Excellent work. Inspirational effort!

@Tosk - Thumbs-up, Pete! I certainly hope you had a good time with this. Having those 3 days off in between races was most likely appreciated by those who raced 'til the last minute this time. Nice touch. Another nice series of T.O.R.C.

It's been fun, fellas. We'll see ya's on the flipside!
 
Max - comparing yourself to an old OJ :crazy: Wait till ya really get old man!! Maybe GT4 will rekindle your enthusiasm for the game ...... maybe, maybe not. But either way it's been fun going up against ya. Hope to see ya round the track sometime when your knees are back together :cheers:

XtremeD63 - congrats on what I'm sure will be a podium spot.....consistent speedy performance for the season 👍 Ya know, all the posted 1:07.8 T2s had me so worried I kept trying to improve my T2 but instead found myself getting faster in the second half :D Glad i didn't know you were running 1:07.5 or I would have been totally freaked :sly:

Mr P - too bad about race 4 othewise it could have been a very different story for the season podiums. 👍

Hugo Boss - thank heaven for Prologue - now I wish I had it too :D What a stellar start to the season and I'm sure the 2nd podium spot 👍

Certainly felt like a season of the Survivor - so many racers falling by the wayside and so many twists and turns but it was fun all the way :dopey:

And I do want to say what a pleasure it's been to partner with me old pal Pokey - the guy would really be fast if he'd learn to drive his wheel like any normal driver - without those lugger work boots :P

Seeing as how it will be a bit of a wait for the official results, my NTSC Sharkport replay is attached (had to zip it for the upload) and went like this .........

@ GTSR (Numbers) Some drivers, who don’t have access to a replay device arranged to send replays at a later stage. This option is available to everyone, but must be discussed with me first. It is written in the rules page of the Torc website. – Thanks eggmann

@ N1SMO (GTX) You would have been welcome to join, but as Terrible Tigers said, you will hjave to wait until next time ;)

@ DODO (Racing Line) Glad you liked it Peter :)

@ Sandstorm (Racing Line) Bugger about your mem card, but inline with the rules of Torc, you will be blacked flagged for everyrace that you do not provide a replay for.

The remainder of the replays will be reviewed over the next few days & results will be official ASAP.
 
@ SandStorm (Racing Line) If you dont have GT4P, looks like you won't be racing in Torc 13!!
