Yes, I have it recorded just in case (no shortcut taken). It is of poor quality however.

Will try to improve further on that time tomorrow and get some better footage. The Ducati is so much fun. You should give it a try!

GOT IT .. . LoL

Yamaha yzf R1 RM ( DEEP FOREST RACEWAY )
TT mode ( did a couple of tweeks to top end and suspension )

i beat your time by the littlest of margins
look at the time on slot 2 wow

couldnt live with that time
so i tried it again with the," lean bike " style
instead of the," lean body " which i normally use
and got the 1'16'791

and ... I GOT Vid-YO :ouch:

Hehe, we'll see. It is a good time. I myself wasn't pushing the bike to its limit and made several noticeable mistakes throughout the course. Still, it should be a nice challenge.

The earliest I can get back to you is tomorrow evening, when our (earlier than expected) visitors will be leaving and my PS2 is no longer occupied by their kid.

Get to work, DOKNYCE! I'm back with a new time (:sly:). Last evening, I did some changes to my riding form as well my setup and was down to 1,16.553 within a few laps. There was clearly still plenty of time to shave off, so I did some more practice laps before I went with a slightly more aggressive and throttle happy approach. High 1'15s aren't out of reach.

Excuse the pisspoor quality. The capture card I bought didn't work at all, unfortunately.

Yikes..
did yu use nitrous ?? WOW

Incredible time .. ( 1'16'036 )

your using the Ducati RM rite ??

i did some laps earlier and i just broke into the 1'16's
( ... and yes mid to high... 1'15's .,. are possible )

i kept crashing and was getting madd.. lol..

im gonna try later t'nite .. gooood job

I gave it another go today but I wasn't even near the time. The T1 section is crucial to get right. Deep Forest really is a tricky track, with all its bumps and whatnot. I've had my share of crashes and rage quits.

And, yes, I'm still using the Ducati.

:)

Edit: Also, try using a shorter gear ratio.

This was definitley the toughest non-online race i have a ever had..
but in this....

YAMAHA VS DUCATI

BATTLE ROYALE
dok'NYCE' VS HYLAND

Yamaha YZF R1-RM ( dok'NYCE' )

DUCATI 999r RM 05' ( HYLAND )

YOU GOT ME BRO ..
The best i could F r i k k 'n squeeze was a .....1'16'286
here's the ...vid-YO

Mannn ...
i tweek'd and wrench'd and fired my original rider ... LOL
i had a superb transmission set up..( i was 6th gear red-lining rite b4 the "jump" at the end of the straightaway )
suspension set up was tricky..( the Last corner b-4 the straight was a bi&^% )
I know i could have broke into the 1'15's it would have take me a few months... UH weeks LOL
This was a goood battle ..
since you won:ouch: you pick the next battle..

Trak and Class ...??

Honestly, DOKNYCE, that's a bloody good time as well. I haven't been able to beat it myself since I set that time. Let alone coming close to it.

And since none of us seems to be able to get a better time, are you up for a new challenge?

;)

Edit: Didn't see I was in charge for the next one. I'm back home at wednesday evening. I'll give the track and bike selection some thought.

I already had either Grand Valley (Long Course) or the East version and 600cc's in mind, but giving it some more thought, I'm going with the former regarding track selection.

Tourist Trophy Mode - Time Trail - Free Run
Pro Mode : Yes
Track : Grand Valley (Long Course)
Bikes : 600cc (street versions only)
Adjustments : Allowed

I'm not all too fond of bike restrictions, but since we used the best Race Modded bikes in the latest Time Trial, I figured it would be a nice change and to make things slightly more interesting.
