The 2J is worth 14.6 Million credits (in the online dealership now) and there is a value of about 120,000 on Special paints now due to the cheat.
If you really want the car you may need to put up a better offer

I traded a Ferrari 330 P4 for one paint chip recently, and unfortunately the same cheat that has reduced paint value has also reduced the value of cars. It sucks the system has gone this way but just gotta work with it.
