I have this car for the historic cars on expert level I've done deep forest with ease but on Monaco I'm struggling does anyone have any tuning tips for that circuit many thanks

Search the tuning section, lots of tunes that helped get me through them on B-spec

Max downforce, very low gear ratio, bit of camber.

Do you like oversteer? Take a quarter of the rear downforce away while keeping the front up at the highest.

If you like stability, maximise all downforce then take away 5th of the front downforce and have less camber.

The car is so well as it is that there isn't much tuning you can do to benefit it. Add the aftermarket turbocharger if you have to, and I like to maximize downforce, even out the spring rates and reduce rear toe angle to 0.10. Lower the transmission to 155 or 162 so that you can come out of corners faster. If you're having problems with the oversteer be easier on the throttle when coming out of corners. Also be sure to turn off all driving aids, except ABS 1.

You can't win it. The only way to get it is to find one in UCD or OCD if they ever put it there (5,350,000 cr base price), or get a 1989 ticket.
