Toyota FT-86 Concept '09 - Why no paint chip?

I have been after a matte black paint item for ages to complete my Focus RS500 replica. Anyway, I found the FT-86 in the premium dealer and it was available in matte black, so I blew 300,000 cr. on it and...no paint chip.
Very annoying as I already have that car.
I was under the impession that when you bought any car, you gained the paint item.
Anyone know why this does not come with one? Also, is there a way of finding out whether or not you get the chip, before you buy any other car?

I would have liked to get the chip, as I'm not really into trading, I got ripped off on my only attempt.

Sorry if this has been discussed, searching for FT-86 turned no results, and searching for paint chips took me to the marketplace.

when you buy a car, if theres no name by the square colored chip on the top then you get no chip, look for that in the future.

If you buy a matte black LFA you will get the chip.

But this also happened to me when I bought a McLaren F1. It said historic orange in the paint scheme so I bought it to paint my MP4 that colour but when I looked in the Paint list. No historic orange. What's the deal here.
 
No such car exists such as a focus RS500 never ever been one. I'm sure you may be confused with thr sierra 3s 500 cosworth from the mid eighties only 500 made hence the name. If your struggling for a matt black pm me at weekend and I will send you one.

It does actually Mark, it's a limited edition run of 500 to mark the end of production of the current shape Focus RS.
 
Didn't get the McLaren Orange paint chip when I bought the MP4-12C. Sorry if this topic has been discussed, but I remember seeing a screen shot specifically with that paint chip before the game was released, and have yet to find it (the paint chip).

I don't have any rare paint chips, but if there is anything you need, let me know and if i have it I will send it.
 
I have no idea why we don't get the paint chip for GT-86 or McLaren cars.
I'm ceartain that it does show the name of the color (I have FT-86, it says Lime Green Pearl but I didn't get the chip).
