Hey everyone.

I was wondering if the Toyota GT-One ever comes up in the UCD. Really want one but haven't seen one yet. I am at around day 1130 but perhaps I have missed it?

It's a B-Spec 24 hour race which I will definitely not do till a mid race save feature is added.

It comes in all the time, just keep watching. I think the 24 hours of Le mans in B-spec gets you one too.

You cant get to the point of doing that in B spec unless you've been leaving the PS3 on 24/7 anyways. If you paused it would take several decades just to get to that level. WTF, have you ever even done b-spec? LOL

Mine was on for 384+ hours with no issues, but YMMV.

Fire up the 24 hour race one evening, watch some TV, go to sleep, go to school/work, have some supper, drive new GT-One. 👍

Hmmm ok, there are lots of people, that don't want to leave their PS3 on for 24 hours. But there is no point in this! Other people still haven't turned off there PS3, since the release of GT5 and nothing happened... if you will be one of the unlucky ones with a YLOD, then you get it no matter how long your PS3 is on! It's even a greater chance to get it, if you turn on and off your PS3 every hour! Because it's most of the time about solder getting cracky and this is more likely to happen when the solder is getting hot, cold, hot and cold and so on...

As with just about anything that produces heat through operation (like a car engine, or PS3) the hardest wear comes from repeated heat up, cool down, expand contract. If anything, you're doing your PS3 a favor running the 24 hour in one sitting as opposed to turning the system off and on 6 times during the race. Once it's warmed up it's happy to stay there without problems. Just make sure that, you know, you don't throw a towel over top of it or anything, keep it ventilated and it will be fine. The 24 hours of Lemans B spec gets you the GT One, just won it the other day.

Dont worry about leaving your PS3 on for 24+ hours, as allready said more harm is done if you keep turning it off and on all the time.

And the GT ONE is one of the best cars on GT5 IMO, 👍

I was pretty lucky that the GT-One popped up in my UCD a month ago. And yes, I bought it

Every cycle the OCD seems to include a few supercars. Ill bet the GTone will be easier to find there then the UDC.
I got mine ages ago in the UDC.
