Hi all, this is my 1st post,

my problem is, when i use the famous Toyota Minolta race car on tracks such as paris and the tricky hong kong race tracks is that my car is to sluggish for the tight corners,

i cannot seem to get round them or change direction quick enough, nor can my car brake hard enough to get from 180-200mph to 20-30mph,

can anyone give me some pointers on how to set my car up for these tracks?

Ive always made my transmission really close ratio to help acceleration for the short straights, and my front tyres are Racing Hard and my rear's Super hard, and i don't want to change my tyre setup because its a 10-18 lap race and the AI players never or hardly pit in.

Regards, Danny. 👍

I had to pit in both of the races, so you might be able to try R3/R2 and be a winner.

Post your settings so the problem can be found

they're the basic settings that you start with,

apart from ive changed my brake bias

Front: 14
Rear: 10

and shortened my gear ratio to 11 thats using the Auto setting. :)

Dampers inbound: 5/5
Dampers rebound: 10/10

Toe: 2/0
Stabilizers: 4/7

I have 5/5 brakes, it saves tires a bit

ASM oversteer 0, understeer as you wish

Try these and comment :)

thanks, i'll let you know in a bit how i get on, when i get round to em.

what about ride height? :)

65mm ok for front and rear?

I'd say 75-85 to the front, 85-95 to the rear to make it easier to cut the kerbs.
