Toyota Supra GT4

I had gotten the Supra GT4 Nurburgring car a while back. I finally got around to it and put on the current livery. However I noticed that the rear window on the stock GT4 when it was gifted to me, had a banner over it. I tried every conceivable way to put it back on the livery I did, but cant. Anyone know how to achieve this?
