I think that the best drifter is the Toyota Supra tuned to 600 hp... anyone agrees?? well I´ve noticed that you can get different colors on cars you win, like the Audi TT only come in boring colors but you can get it in yellow if you win it. I was wondering if you could get the Supra in any cool colors if you win it at the Vitz race in Proffesional legue, do you guys have a Supra with an unsual color??

the Supra comes in a light green color when you win it from the Vitz Cup, i think that's the only other one you can get.

not a bad car, but it's pretty hard to drive when fully modified.
 
the Vitz Supra is a really nasty green.
i agree that the Supra drifts well, but i'm too flinchy to do it - i'm always paranoid about over-gassing halfway through the turn :rolleyes:.
 
Yah, I found the same thing with the Supra in GT3, since it was one of my favourite cars in real life a few years back after just about every car mag said it was the best car under $200,000 and they all unanimously agreed. And the first car tested by Car and Driver to sustain 1G on the skidpad etc etc.

Then I found out people were modding it to 1,400hp. (some guy in Saudi Arabia has a Street Driven 1,775hp Supra, I unfortunately havent been able to find the site for a year or two) This is back in like 1995, BTW.

It was my favourite car for a good 4-5 years, and then I moved on, but I still love them and I thought it would be able to handle a bit more HP.

I have a 566hp one in GT3 and it really has trouble staying in a straight line, even with Super Softs, It just has WAY too much low end instantaneous torque.
 
Ye I know the Supra is a really cool car because you can give it boosts of hp and it really rocks like big-time. Toyota

When I envision what you look like, I imagine a kid with chocolate smeared all over his face, wearing a hockey helmet and a full body harness tied up to a jungle gym, trying to wriggle free.

I think Subaru 22B w/ 450 HP is awesome for drifting :-)

I have never tried it with a Supra though, so I can't compare the two. :o
