Alright here is my tune for the standard Wedsport Celica. I tuned this car with a DS3 controller on Trial Mountain in about 60-70 minutes while watching a movie. Personally I found the default settings to not be too bad (at least for Trial Mountain) but I gave it a go anyways. Hopefully this fixes whatever problems you guys/gals were having.

Top Speed: Default
Initial Torque: 10
Acceleration Sensitivity: 5
Braking Sensitivity: 15
Ride Height: -30 (Front), -30 (Rear)
Spring Rate: 14.3 (Front), 12.3 (Rear)
Dampers (Extension): 8 (Front), 7 (Rear)
Dampers (Compression): 7 (Front), 6 (Rear)
Anti-Roll Bars: 5 (Front), 6 (Rear)
Camber: 1.0 (Front), 0.0 (Rear)
Toe: -0.05 (Front), 0.00 (Rear)
Front Brakes: 5
Rear Brakes: 6
Racing Hard Tires

Fastest Lap Time 1:28:425

I think sub 1:28 is easily attainable with more runs...
