TIME: 5pm Eastern​

FORMAT
-- Practice 1 will last 15 minutes.
-- Qualifying will last 15 minutes.
-- The race will be held over 15 laps. It should last around 30 minutes.

REGULATIONS
-- The race will begin under a Rolling Start.
-- Full flags and penalties. The penalty system in this game is pretty good. Plus, having a yellow flag pop up could be really useful in the event of accidents occurring on the road ahead.
-- Tyre wear will be set to off.
-- A pit stop will not be required for tyres.
-- Fuel usage will be on and set to Real.
-- A pit stop will not be required for fuel.
-- NOTE: To avoid racers running out of fuel, it is recommended to start the race with around 70 litres. Some cars have better fuel economy than others, so it is wise to test the cars to see what car can start the race with as little fuel as possible. However, these more economic cars may be slower overall (in terms of out-and-out pace) than their less economic counterparts. Please make sure you start the race with enough fuel.

EVENT ENTRY PROCEDURE
-- Just before the event start time, racers will be invited to the PS4 Party Chat.
-- Once racers are in the Party Chat, they will be subsequently invited to the in-game Lobby.
-- Once all players are in the Lobby and have signaled they're ready to start, the host will start the event and Practice 1 will commence.

If I had this game, I would sign up so fast.

One thing I do want to advise though: Seeing as this is a GT3 specific race and there's 8 perfectly capable GT3 cars, I don't think you need the BMW M3 as that's basically a GT2 car.

I appreciate the advice. I will take that on board for the next race; but for this race, the BMW will stay on the list of available cars. Thanks again! :)
 
Just so you know there is a 45 person GT3 series running Road America the weekend before, you might be able to get a few people if you post in the social thread, unless like me they'll be fed up with RA by then!

Ahh yes, just saw that. This event has been in planning for about 3 weeks so I guess just bad timing there! Thanks for the advice!
 
I would join but I don't think I'll be able to make that weekend. Are you going to do more events in the future?

Absolutely mate! This is the first of many! The TPRA has been putting on events since April 2008 and we don't show any signs of slowing! :)

Welcome and well done to Stephen1300 and WyldAnimal - a great effort on your first TPRA race! 👍


No problem nba! The race was pretty straightforward on my part. Started on pole and led until the end. The Bentley is way too overpowered compared to the rest of the GT3 cars. It's so loaded down the straights that it's almost a no-contest. It probably won't be included in the next event. Looked like there was some good action behind though. Had Jaedon behind me for most of the race, then it changed to nba. Not sure if there was an off or something but it looked like you guys were battling it out! Also saw another battle a little further back but couldn't make out who it was between. Either way, it was a blast! Can't wait for the next one! :)
