I've done a search, so spare me.

I am asking for people's personal experiences with the ae86 and track tuning it (not drift tuning) to the max.

For the record, there is a difference between upgrading and tuning.

Just looking for setups and opinions.

:)

The AE86's standard handling leans toward drift.
Therefore, you'll have raise the spring rates, considerably. With the front way more stiff than the rear.
With the rear on softer springs the car should just "squat" and hold it's line. I also run a bit less stabilizer in the rear for the same reason.

Do what Gil said, it should run fine. ;)

I have some good settings for the AE86 Trueno, I gave them to Darin. Although you still need to keep the rear end in check. I was able to win the Amature FR races with about 220bhp (NA not turbo). Unfortunately i'm at work at the moment.

Did you try looking on the Settings & Tuning board?
