You may have noticed a recent tidy-up in the Suggestions/Tracks forum, as well as a dramatic shrinking in the number of threads and pages. That's all in aid of making this forum easier to browse and more functional as a result.
When creating threads in this subforum, there are only really two pieces of information that you must include in the title: the venue's location, and an accurate name.
The location should be noted/marked by the appropriate national flag emoji for the country under whose jurisdiction it sits. You can find all of these in the standard emoji selection.
For example:
🇺🇸 Sebring International Raceway
Avoid using flags of subdivisions wherever possible: for example, there are racing circuits in England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland, but these should all be represented by the flag of the United Kingdom (there is no standard emoji flag for Northern Ireland/Ulster):
🇬🇧 Silverstone Circuit
🇬🇧 Knockhill Racing Circuit
🇬🇧 Llandow Circuit
There are exceptions: the Tahiti courses seen in Gran Turismo 2 are technically under French jurisdiction, but the French Polynesia flag is more appropriate in this case.

🎌/🇵🇫 Tahiti Circuit - Gran Turismo 2
That second one brings us onto fictional courses. The only fictional courses that ought to be suggested are those from a previous Polyphony Digital game (for very obvious reasons), and for these please use the "Crossed Flags" emoji and - where a location is defined by the game - an appropriate national flag afterwards:

If a circuit has a popular nickname, or a name by which it's better known than the current name, this should be included after the name in parentheses only:

🇯🇵 Gunma Cycle Sports Center (Gunsai)
In almost all cases, your suggestion should be for the circuit venue itself and nothing more specific than that unless there is a particular reason for one layout (where one is radically different or separate from the primary circuit) or the circuit venue is already present in the game and you are suggesting alternative layouts for that. This should be noted after all the other information above with a hyphen:
🇩🇪 Nurburgring - Nordschleife Reverse
🇯🇵 Suzuka Circuit - West Circuit
If you're wanting to include particular layouts that are technically on the same site and under the same ownership, where the additional layout is radically different or separate from the primary circuit, feel free to note it after a "+" symbol:
🇬🇧 Goodwood Circuit + Rally Stage
🇺🇸 Charlotte Motor Speedway + zMax Dragway
Although that does make life difficult when one part of it is added to a game and the other is not
The hyphen should also be used for historic circuit/venue variations, improbable though they now are, with the specific date range noted:
🇯🇵 Fuji Speedway - 1988-2003
🇲🇨 Circuit de Monaco - 2003-2014
And also for noting debut games, or specific previous games where it has evolved, for fictional layouts (as seen above in the crossed-flags examples):
🎌/🇮🇹 Citta Di Aria - Gran Turismo 4
🎌 Motorsports Land - Gran Turismo 2
🎌/🇪🇸 Circuito de la Sierra - Gran Turismo 6
As you'll see from the other threads in here (now), that's a pretty basic ask and it creates a very regular look. This makes the forum easier to search too: simply put in the national flag to the search box, and search This Forum/Titles Only and you'll get a list of all previously suggested tracks from that nation.
Other than the title, please include in your post at least one image of the track's layout and/or an aerial shot of the circuit from your preferred mapping source and any salient information (length, corners), and anything else you like - historical information, significance, reasons why you want this track in particular - to help convince people to vote for your suggestion.
