I'm usually doing fine even with lowered ride height around the Nordschleife. Not lowered to the max, but usually well below the default settings.
From what I've found, slitghly increasing the spring rates (if needed at all) works well enough to keep the car from bottoming out too often.
It'll spray a few spark when hitting the curbs or going over a realyl extreme bump, but aside from that...

Yeah, that's why I'm doing it. However, from my experience so far, increasing it by some tiny amounts like +0.3 or +0.5 is enough to keep the car from bottoming out even when lowered.Because the firmer suspension reduces the body travel / squatting.
