I'm not sure if this has been discussed before. Has anyone noticed how the lighting effects look on tracks with dynamic weather stays in place even if you change the "Weather at Race Start", "Surface Water" & "Weather Changeability" to the lowest setting? Its basically like driving on a track without the weather but the lighting looks the same as if you were driving with the weather enabled. I just tried it on two tracks: The High Speed Ring and Eiger Nordwand Short Track. On the high speed ring the colors are much more vibrant and its really noticeable on Eiger. The mountain snow on the mountains are very bright and when you exit the tunnel you literally cant see anything due to the brightness.
I just thought it was interesting and its fun to play around with to see the different lighting on different tracks

If you change the weather to 0% on a track like Eiger, it basically means sunny weather which indeed is much brighter than the regular Eiger track without weather.

Yeah, I noticed that the sunny weather on Spa's weather change version is much more brighter than the regular version (If you set weather to 0%)

Yesterday at the N'Ring i've noticed something odd about the lightning and weather.
The settings was Weather effect 25% (it wasnt raining), time 14:00, Time Progression 1.
From the start line, up to the chicane before entering the nordschleife the track was dark and with a strange orange lightning, and up to hocheichen straight was just cloudy, after that the entire track was sunny....Back to pits and started again.... same thing.
I've asked everyone in the room and they had the same effect.
That orange lightning was like driving in mars.

That's the cloud cover rolling in or leaving out. It will rain on some parts of the tracks and clear another side too. I always race with the weather effect, it's so vibrant and different every time.

The odd thing was that orange lightning, honestly a year and a half now, i have raced a lot of times in the ring with weather effect but that orange lightning was a first.
I'll try to replicate it tonight.

I always set weather (whenever possible) to 25% because most of the time, the colours are just too bright.
